Subscription FAQs

Any Video Converter offers both subscription-based plans and lifetime licenses. The 1-month and 1-year subscription plans are set to renew automatically by default, but you can turn off auto-renewal at any time if you do not wish to continue.

1. What is the refund policy?

We offer a 5-day money-back guarantee for 1-month and 1-year subscriptions, and a 30-day money-back guarantee for lifetime purchases. The refund period starts once your payment is processed. After that period ends, the payment is no longer refundable. Please refer to our Refund Policy for full details on refund eligibility.

2. How to cancel the auto-renewal?

Since the auto-renewal service is enabled by default, you'll need to cancel it before the renewal date if you wish to discontinue the service.

You can cancel the auto-renewal through the following steps:

After finishing the order, you will receive emails with the order details. Cick 'Signup / Login' or 'view your subscription' at the bottom of the email.

Log in with the email that is bound to Any Video Converter. After login, click "My Products" → "Stop automatic subscription renewal" to cancel.

Tips: You can also contact our support team via [email protected]. We will help you cancel it immediately.

3. Why does my license become valid or expire even after renewal?

After your renewal, you will receive an email with your new license. To activate it, you can simply launch Any Video Converter, go to 'Register' → 'Change Account' to activate it, and enter the new registration code.

4. Can I keep using the software once canceled the subscription?

Yes, you will still have full access to Any Video Converter for the remainder of your current billing period. You can also check the expiration date by visiting the Registration window within the software.

Once your subscription expires, the program will revert to the Free version. You can subscribe to Any Video Converter again or purchase a permanent license from our online strore.

5. Why does the final settlement price differ from the one on your website?

The prices on our website are listed in US dollars and will be automatically converted to your local currency during the checkout process.

Additionally, the renewal price will generally match the price you initially paid. However, if you purchase it at a discount, your renewal will be charged at the original price listed on our website. Please note that the discounted price applies only to the initial purchase.

6. Can I change or upgrade the subscription plan?

Yes, if you want to upgrade from the monthly plan to the annual, or annual to permanent, please contact us at [email protected], and we will help you change or upgrade the plan.
